At Rialto Scouting, we believe that a method of Scouting is the uniform which acts as an equalizer among the scouts. We have adopted a policy where we ask that the scout or leader wears as much of the uniform as they have. We aim for everyone, leader and scout, to have at least the uniform from the waist up as well. Vintage uniforms are acceptable to wear as well as long as there is no mix and match between different uniform eras.
